Builds on previously learned nursing pharmacology concepts in preparation for entry into nursing practice. Emphasis is placed on the concepts of safety, critical thinking, technical skills, nursing process, and evidence-based practice in providing nursing care related to the administration of pharmacological and parenteral therapies in patients across the lifespan.
