An in-depth study of the recording studio as it relates to the music industry and the craft of audio engineering. Topics include collaboration, efficient studio session execution, advanced editing, and application of automation in a digital audio workstation (DAW) for efficiency on the job. It is designed to build on the concepts learned in MUSC 6323, and to help prepare students to work as studio technicians and engineers.
