Description:
This is a beginning to intermediate level mountain biking class focused on developing awareness. No mountain biking experience is needed; however, students should already know how to ride a bike and must have a properly functioning mountain bike and biking-specific helmet available for the duration of the course. The goal of the class is to become more effective mountain bikers through rides, skill building, drills, basic maintenance, and more. In that process we may ride from 3-10 miles of trail per class session. Essential Eligibility Criteria can be found on the ORPT program website.
