This course provides a comprehensive understanding of production and inventory management concepts and practices. Throughout the course, students will study topics such as measuring performance, planning material needs (MRP), and controlling inventory in both manufacturing and service businesses. Students will develop skills in developing and managing effective production systems using analytical modeling, case studies, and simulation exercises.
